Technical Support

IT Support Services are available Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 6:00pm HST and Friday 7:00am – 2:00pm HST.  On call after hours are available with exception of Friday 5:00pm – Saturday 7:00pm for observance of religious purposes (Sabbath hours).  IT Support can be contacted by submitting a ticket at the link below or by calling (808) 867-2944.

Required Equipment

Each student is required to have a computer with the minimum capabilities. This will allow for the delivery of the online lectures and course activities. Microsoft, Apple, and Google Chrome based systems are supported.

  • Microsoft Windows XP or later (Microsoft based PC's)
  • Apple MacOS X 10.4.3 or later (Apple based PC's)
  • Intel Pentium / AMD Athlon (Intel i3 or higher or AMD Ryzen 3 or higher)
  • Minimum 8GB of RAM (12GB or higher recommended)
  • Disk space 128MB or higher
  • Sound Card
  • Speakers/Headset
  • Office Applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, Google Workspace)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
