Rehabilitation in Counseling

This course is a part of the online program of PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences. The PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences curriculum, focuses on the study of the effects of disability, functional limitations, and impairments on human functional performance.

This course will explore the concepts, theories, and basic techniques of counseling for individuals with a functional limitation and/or disability. Techniques in establishing, managing, and evaluating support groups will also be discussed.

REB 7405 Rehabilitation in Counseling is part of the ‘CORE‘ course component within the PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences program.

Courses are taught 100% online to accommodate the working professional.
