Organizational and Systemic Leadership

This course is a part of the online program in the Doctor of Nursing Science. The Doctor of Nursing Science (DNSc) program is designed to prepare nurses with advanced research skills to deliver evidence-based patient care.

This course will focus on organizational and systemic theories involved in the delivery of healthcare.  A theoretical framework will be created for the discussion of motivation, power, leadership, resource management, influence and strategic planning. Principles of quality assurance and continuous process improvement will also be addressed.

DNS 7302 Organizational and Systemic Leadership is part of the ‘CORE‘ course component within the Nursing Sciences program.

Courses are taught 100% online to accommodate the working professional.
