This course is a part of the online program in the Doctor of Science in Movement Sciences (DScMvt). The DScMvt curriculum is a scientifically based clinical doctoral degree. Its focus is on the study of human performance as it relates to movement and dysfunction throughout the lifespan.
The course and lab presents an advanced conceptual framework of neural and behavioral theories in motor control and human performance. Topics will highlight the planning and executing of movement along with the theory of motor control and locomotion. The course will also examine the principles of motor learning and adaptation.
